What Constitute Sexual Harassment In Schools?

These days harassment of sexual nature in schools is quite common. I will give you a few examples of what all constitute sexual harassment in schools. If a teacher or a student persistently makes sexually explicit comments to a particular student then it is termed as sexual harassment. If a teacher touches a student from time to time and makes suggestive remarks or directly asks the student for sexual favors then it too is objectionable.
If a student bothers another student a lot harassment in illinois and repeatedly asks her for a date in spite of clear indication of disinterest, it is sexual harassment. It is also harassment when a group of male students stand in the school yard or corridor and make sexual comments to a female student as she walks by.
