If you said visit a country where the language is spoken fluently, then you are correct. Of course, there are many other ways to learn conversational spanish but immersing yourself in a culture devoted to the language is the fastest way. You may also be wondering if this is a practical solution since you will have to uproot yourself and perhaps your family to settle in another country. That is true, but you should consider that this it is not an option for everyone. It suits young people out of high school or college who can spend their summer vacation working or studying in another country.
