What you will find with your ovulation chart is that your temps will rise after ovulation. When you temp goes up four days in a row, you can be sure you have released an egg. The last day of low temps is the day of ovulation. If you do this a few months in a row, you will get a general idea of when is the best time to have sex for conceiving. It may change each month, but you will have a general idea of your cycle by then, and you can choose the best times. If you find that your temp stays up at least 20 days after your ovulation date, you may need to go out and get a pregnancy test.
