By brother has been bugging me to go into business with him for many months now. My brother has had some businesses in the past and he has always made a good living. When I was in college I used to buy cars cheap and then fix them up. I would usually be able to sell them for a good profit. The kind of business my brother is getting into is selling things over the Internet. He wants to find products that have Free Resale Rights. He doesn’t want any limitations on making profits when building a successful business. I really like those guidelines.

Does anyone know about any work from home jobs that are real? I would like to have a mentor to guide me through to find a legitimate work at home job. My current businesses run only during the summer months as it is within the tourist industry. So for around 5 months of the year I do not do much. I have seen that it costs the same to market a $19.95 , $39 , $300 or $3000 product, takes the same amount of effort, and the same amount of determination to stick with it till you become successful and good at it. But, I cannot find something suitable.

If I pay the taxes in hopes of getting the deed, what happens to the mortgage, do I assume the mortgage with the property, and are there any hidden dangers I need to be aware of with tax deeds? I’ve read that, if liens are not claimed at an auction, they can be purchased by mail over the counter. Is there some resource for finding these OTC lists?
