It is a very straightforward way that the military pay chart is set up. It is designed in a graph form and is determined by the level of office you currently have. The levels are Basic Military, Officer, Commissioned Officer and Reservist. The FY 09 military pay chart has your years of service in your level of office going across the top of the graph with your ranking of office going up and down the left side of the graph. Where the two meet in the middle, is your predetermined salary for the fiscal year. Your salary can go up or down depending on if you have received a promotion (or in some cases a demotion) in your ranking. You will receive your salary on the 1st and the 15th of every month, unless those days fall on a holiday or weekend to which you will receive it on the next business day.

By brother has been bugging me to go into business with him for many months now. My brother has had some businesses in the past and he has always made a good living. When I was in college I used to buy cars cheap and then fix them up. I would usually be able to sell them for a good profit. The kind of business my brother is getting into is selling things over the Internet. He wants to find products that have Free Resale Rights. He doesn’t want any limitations on making profits when building a successful business. I really like those guidelines.

Fitting Into the Organizational Culture

I have found that even though a job may sound perfect for me based on a job description, sometimes it really isn’t a good fit after all. I have had a number of jobs that I really didn’t enjoy at all because I didn’t really fit in well with the Organizational Culture. I didn’t want to do things the way that they did, and they weren’t that open to other ideas or ways of doing things so I tended to get really frustrated. Of course you can’t know exactly how you will fit in with the company before you start working there, but I am hoping I can figure out some questions I can ask so that I can get a better idea before accepting a new job.

I really don’t know all that much about the different types of life insurance, but I need to get myself some sort of policy to make sure that my kids will have enough to see them through until adulthood should something happen to me. Can anyone tell me where I can go in order to learn more about these? I am trying to figure out the differences between the different types of Life Insurance Policies so I can make an informed decision on which type of policy would be the best for me to get. I am hoping it won’t be too expensive.
